First compare the same game or latency test over Ethernet and WiFi. If Ethernet is stable, investigate WiFi signal, interference or roaming. If both are poor, test for upload congestion, NBN faults, ISP routing and server distance. QoS can help when a local upload queue is the cause, but it cannot remove physical distance to an overseas server. For a full isolation workflow, see our gaming internet, ping and packet-loss service.
