A connection can show a high download number and still feel bad. Games and calls depend heavily on responsiveness; classes and live meetings suffer when reliability drops; large downloads depend more on sustained speed. Continuous monitoring helps reveal when and how the problem happens instead of capturing one unusually good minute.

Keep the app running during the evening peak, a gaming session, online class or the period when dropouts normally occur. Mobile background monitoring can be limited, so a computer or dedicated sensor is better for longer observation.

Compare locations and connection types对比房间和连接方式
Test beside the router, then in the problem room. If possible, compare WiFi with Ethernet on the same device. This makes it easier to separate an internet-line issue from a local WiFi issue.
