NBN is tied to the address, not to you, so it can't be physically “carried” — but most retailers can transfer your account and plan to the new address if it's already NBN-ready. Contact your ISP at least 1–2 weeks before moving. If the new address has never had NBN activated, expect a longer wait and possibly a technician visit. We regularly help with exactly this — confirming the new address's readiness and handling the call to your ISP.
