Wired and wireless speed tests both capped at 24Mbps on a 500Mbps Telstra service, and games rubber-banded all evening. The modem's backup 4G SIM had silently taken over after a WAN mis-configuration — a classic Telstra/Optus trap. Reconfigured over video; full speed restored.
