Case 1: moving out tomorrow, forgot to cancel everything

A student flying home realised the night before moving out that his Superloop broadband and EnergyAustralia electricity were still active. Left alone, he'd face weekend charges plus up to a month of extra billing for missing the notice period. We called both providers the same evening, verified identity with him on standby, and closed both accounts effective the right date.
一位即将回国的同学,退租前一晚才想起Superloop宽带和EnergyAustralia电力都没申请取消。放着不管,除了周末费用,还可能因为错过提前通知期被多扣整整一个月。我们当晚代打两家客服电话,让他在旁配合身份验证,两个账户都按正确日期关闭。
Case 2: the bill that kept charging

Another student had returned to China, leaving a TPG account billed to his old roommate. The roommate suspected overcharging but couldn't untangle the English billing history. We called TPG, clarified every line item, recovered the overcharge and cancelled the service cleanly.
另一位同学已回国,TPG账户却还绑着前室友的银行卡。室友怀疑被多扣费,但看不懂英文账单明细。我们代打TPG电话,逐项核对账单,追回多扣的费用并干净利落地取消了服务。

No notice-period penalty, overcharge refunded, both accounts closed properly.
