On-site consultation surfaced a genuinely comprehensive list: new PC procurement and installation, system reinstalls and configuration on existing machines, data migration between old and new devices, an internal LAN file-management and sharing platform, and migrating company data between Microsoft and Google accounts.
上门当面沟通后梳理出一份相当综合的清单：新电脑的采购与安装、旧电脑的系统重装配置、新旧设备间的数据迁移、公司内部局域网文件管理共享平台的搭建，以及Microsoft与Google企业账户之间的数据迁移。

Rather than one chaotic day, we sequenced by business priority: day one restored what staff needed to work (machines, shared files, accounts); procurement and the remaining migrations followed in planned visits. The client always knew what was done, what was next and why.
