Two weeks before move-in he messaged us: which ISP, which plan, and can it just work on day one? His main use cases were a NAS-based private home theatre on the living-room TV, plus normal study and streaming.

Move-in morning: arrived with a suitable router, completed setup, and wired the living-room wall port so the NAS and TV run on Ethernet, not WiFi.
Walked through speeds, the ISP app and what to do if anything drops.

入住前一天：按楼栋联网类型对比运营商，代为下单并线上推动激活。
入住当天上午：带合适的路由器上门完成配置，并把客厅墙面网口接通，让NAS和电视走有线而不是WiFi。
现场讲清测速结果、运营商App用法，以及断网时该怎么办。
