Which layer can fail at the same time?
可能是 WiFi 覆盖和干扰，也可能是路由器负载、供电、室内线缆、上游服务，或多台设备同时进行大流量活动。把所有原因混在一起重启，通常会失去最有用的线索。
It may be WiFi coverage and interference, router load, power, internal cabling, upstream service, or simultaneous high-demand activity. Restarting everything together often destroys the most useful clues.
一晚就能完成的对照记录

- 01在问题出现前，把一台设备放在主路由器旁，另一台保留在平时容易出问题的房间。
- 02若有条件，用网线接一台电脑作为对照；记录它是否也同时无法访问网页。
- 03记录发生时间、路由器指示灯状态、所有设备还是部分设备受影响，以及是否刚有人开游戏、视频会议或下载。
- 04不要反复断电。只有在记录完状态后，才做一次明确的重启，并注明恢复用了多久。
- 01Before the usual time, place one device beside the main router and leave another in the problem room.
- 02If possible, connect one computer by Ethernet and note whether it loses access at the same time.
- 03Record the time, router lights, whether all or only some devices are affected, and any gaming, streaming or downloads.
- 04Do not repeatedly power-cycle. After recording the state, perform one deliberate restart and note recovery time.
结果怎么读：近端 WiFi 正常而远端异常，优先看覆盖与布置；网线也同时失联，才更值得继续看主设备、线路或服务层；只有一台设备异常，优先看该设备的网络设置。
How to read it: good WiFi near the router but poor WiFi far away suggests coverage. Ethernet failing too points to the main equipment, line or service. One affected device points to that device first.
什么时候需要联系上游服务？
When to contact the upstream service
如果多个设备和有线对照都在同一时段失联，且主设备状态与日常不同，整理时间、灯号和一次对照测试结果后再联系服务商，会比只说“晚上很卡”更容易让对方复现与判断。
When multiple devices and the wired control fail together, collect time, indicator status and one comparison result before contacting the provider. It is more actionable than “it is slow at night”.
