Before move-in: prepare four things

1. 01向服务商确认服务地址、连接类型、开通状态和需要由住户准备的设备，不要只依赖营销页截图。
2. 02向中介或房东确认室内网络设备在何处：客厅墙口、储物柜、入户盒或公共配线柜。
3. 03准备一台兼容的路由器、两根短网线和手机或电脑，避免只带一台设备无法做对照。
4. 04不要把账户号、完整地址、证件或 WiFi 密码发到公开评论区。

1. 01Confirm the service address, connection type, activation state and resident-supplied equipment with the provider, not only a promotional screenshot.
2. 02Ask the agent or landlord where in-home network equipment is located: wall outlet, cupboard, entry box or shared panel.
3. 03Bring a compatible router, two short Ethernet cables and a phone or computer for comparison.
4. 04Do not share account numbers, full address, identity documents or WiFi passwords in public comments.

搬入当天：按这个顺序接

On move-in day: connect in this order

先确认入户设备是否有电和状态灯，再连接路由器的正确上联端口；等路由器显示稳定后，用一台设备近距离测试网页访问；最后才设置 WiFi 名和密码。每做一步都拍一张清晰的接线图，后续出现问题时能快速回退。

First check power and indicator status on the entry equipment, then connect the router's correct uplink port. Once stable, test browsing close to the router with one device. Set the WiFi name and password last, and photograph the wiring at each step.

什么时候应停下来确认？

When should you pause and confirm?

找不到入户设备、状态灯异常、需要改动公共配线、或不确定该用哪个墙口时，应先停下来确认。硬插、反复恢复出厂设置或随意移除公共设备，可能让原本可用的部分也断开。

Pause when the entry equipment cannot be found, indicators are unusual, shared cabling would need changes, or the correct wall outlet is unclear. Random cabling changes and resets can take a working part offline.
