悉尼合租：只有一台设备能上网，其他全断？

“有一台还能用”是很有价值的线索。它说明问题可能不在整条外网服务，而在设备授权、地址分配、接线或路由模式。

One working device is a useful clue. It often points away from a total service outage and toward device access, address allocation, cabling or router mode.

先问三个问题

Ask three questions first

  1. 01唯一能用的设备是通过 WiFi 还是网线连接？它是一直在线，还是刚好恢复？
  2. 02其他设备显示的是“连不上 WiFi”，还是“已连接但无互联网”？这两种现象不是同一层问题。
  3. 03最近是否有人换了路由器、加了第二台路由器、移动了网线，或把设备插进标有 WAN 的端口？
  1. 01Is the only working device on WiFi or Ethernet, and has it remained online continuously?
  2. 02Do other devices fail to join WiFi, or join WiFi but show no internet? Those are different layers.
  3. 03Was a router swapped, a second router added, a cable moved, or a device plugged into a WAN port?

一个低风险的分流测试

A low-risk separation test

先暂停“所有人一起重启”。让唯一正常的设备保持原样；用另一台设备靠近主路由器测试；若可以，临时拔掉后来加入的扩展器、旧路由器或交换设备。这样能判断故障是跟着某台设备、某段覆盖范围，还是出现在所有新接入设备上。

Avoid restarting everything at once. Leave the working device as-is, test another device beside the main router, and if possible temporarily remove recently added extenders, old routers or switches. This separates device, coverage and new-client patterns.

特别注意：不要为了“多一个 WiFi 名”而把第二台路由器随意接上。错误的路由模式或端口连接会造成双重 NAT、地址冲突或部分设备无法取到地址。
Watch for this: adding a second router casually can create conflicting address allocation, double NAT or partial client failures.

记录什么，才能继续判断？

What to record next

记录主路由器型号、能用设备与不能用设备的连接方式、每台设备的报错文案、最近一次改动，以及主路由器各端口的接线照片。不要公开邻居 WiFi 名、账户号或完整地址。

Record the main router model, how each working and failing device connects, the exact error wording, recent changes and a photo of the router ports. Do not share account numbers, neighbours' WiFi names or a full address publicly.
