Every home like this has the same WiFi problem, and it has nothing to do with how much the house is worth. The better built the house, the worse it is for signal: solid double brick and heavy sound insulation are close to the ideal material for blocking WiFi. Add a house old enough that no network cabling was ever run, and a finish that nobody is going to let you drill into, and the conventional answer — run a cable — is off the table before you start.

In a home like this the router is usually fine and the walls are the problem. With no cable route and no drilling allowed, whole-home coverage was built on Deco mesh nodes using a dedicated backhaul band, positioned along the hallway and doorways so the relay path avoids the thickest solid double-brick walls rather than trying to penetrate them. Walk-testing confirmed seamless roaming from the balcony through to the furthest ensuite bedroom, with video calls and 4K streaming holding without dropouts or manual switching.

在没有走线路径、也不允许打孔的前提下,全屋覆盖用带独立回程频段的Deco组网节点来实现,沿走廊和门框布点,让接力路径绕开最厚的实心双砖墙,而不是试图硬穿。走动测试确认从阳台一直到最里面那间带浴缸的主卧都能无缝漫游,视频通话与4K流媒体全程不断线、不用手动切换。
