This UTS undergraduate found us the best way anyone can — a friend's recommendation. We'd previously sorted that friend's home network so their gaming was fast and rock-solid, and the friend recommended us without hesitation. So when this student moved house, they came straight to us, and we handled the whole connection end to end.
After talking through her needs, we activated a Superloop 1000M plan on her behalf. Because it's a brand-new Rhodes apartment building, a router can't simply be plugged in and go — the line needs an NBN technician first. So we also booked the NBN on-site appointment for her and handled every call and piece of paperwork in between.
- Chose and activated Superloop 1000M for her needs.
- Booked the required NBN technician visit for the new building.
- Handled all provider communication from start to finish.
Once we learned she's a keen gamer, we sourced and supplied a brand-new TP-Link WiFi 7 router and installed it on-site. The apartment's rooms were originally only wired for phone (RJ11); we re-terminated the in-wall runs so every room has a working Ethernet port. Nothing left until we'd tested it all and confirmed everything ran perfectly.
Because she came through an existing customer's recommendation, we gave her an extra discount on top. She mentioned she'll likely buy a home in Sydney next year — and when she does, she'll be calling us again to set up the network in the new place. That's the kind of trust we work for.
