Why book before you land

Most people only start sorting out internet after they arrive, then spend their first days on hotspot data. This student did it the other way round: reached out two weeks early, agreed on a landing-day time, and we showed up with everything needed. The router was their own — we handled placement, cabling into the HFC box, configuration and testing.
