Zetland is new-build apartment territory — high-density towers where every unit looks identical on paper and behaves completely differently on a speed test. Two patterns dominate our jobs here. First, the weak-current box: developers park the router inside a sealed metal cabinet by the front door, which strangles WiFi before it reaches the living room. Second, provisioning faults: our documented Zetland case was a Superloop line syncing at 20Mbps on a 100Mbps plan — nothing wrong in the apartment at all, fixed by evidence and an escalation call, not new hardware.

The fix pattern here is often cheap: pull the router out of the metal box or add a single well-placed mesh node, then verify the line is actually delivering plan speed.
