The number-one reason "self-install" kits fail is that the address's connection type doesn't match the instructions in the box. An FTTB apartment needs a VDSL-capable modem in the right wall socket; an FTTP home needs the router in the correct UNI-D port of the NBN box; HFC needs the coax lead in the right splitter path. We carry the knowledge — and the spare parts — for all of them.
