Kingsford is where we're based — 39 Barker St, in the heart of UNSW's biggest student neighbourhood. The housing mix here is dense: older walk-ups on Anzac Parade, newer apartment blocks, and classic share houses on the side streets. The jobs that dominate: NBN activations that stall on move-in day, FTTB units where the modem is plugged into a dead phone socket, and 2.4GHz airspace so crowded around the light rail corridor that WiFi crawls at night even though the line is fine.

Being local means we know the buildings: which blocks hide the NBN box above the fridge, which streets still run older copper, and which student buildings include internet you shouldn't double-pay for. Same-day visits are the norm, O-week is our busiest season, and everything is available in English or Chinese.
